Daniel Matkin Msc
Head Coach and Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Daniel, and my approach to personal training starts with teaching strong, functional movement. When your body moves well, everything else, including strength training, cardio and HIIT, becomes more enjoyable, and more effective. Once we’ve built those foundations together, I’ll help you push your boundaries in a way that feels challenging but always controlled.
I’ve spent many years working with clients at every stage of their fitness journey, from beginners to elite athletes. No matter your experience, I can help you reach your fitness goals with confidence.

- Level 3 Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer
- First Aid Qualified
- Level 4 Qualified in Nutrition with RSPH

Will Finneran
Personal Trainer
Train with me to unlock your full potential - whether your goal is weight loss, gaining muscle, improving mobility and flexibility, or weightlifting, I’ll guide you every step of the way. Each session will suit your goals and abilities. I bring energy, accountability, and a no excuses mindset to every workout.
My focus is on building not just stronger bodies, but stronger mindsets. I’ll push you when you need it, support you when it’s tough, and celebrate every win. With the right plan and motivation, you’ll achieve more than you thought possible and I’ll be right there with you.

Frankie Potter
Personal Trainer and Breath-work Coach
Hi I'm Frankie, a Personal Trainer & Oxygen Advantage Breath-work Coach.
I enjoy helping people build strong, resilient bodies whilst reaching their goals. From improving your daily movement, hitting goals in your sport of choice and everything else in between.
Now that I have found my enjoyment for exercise, I know first hand how powerful it is to strengthen your body and mind, challenge yourself, and discover what you’re truly capable of.
I work with a range of clients from complete beginners to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, I’ll be here to support you on your journey!
